Emotional self mastery: When simply being and feeling becomes too much. Emotions feel intense, quickly overwhelming—like drowning from the inside. Thoughts spin in circles, emotional stimuli feel too strong, too close, too deep. What’s missing is an inner boundary—between stimulus and response, between feeling and action. Emotional self mastery means reclaiming leadership within: learning to regulate emotions, building inner stability, and intentionally directing your energy—instead of being swept away by it.
Developing high self-esteem: When doing becomes too much. There’s an inner belief: I’m only valuable if I achieve enough. People caught in this pattern strive to do everything just right—more workouts, more accomplishments, more certificates, more control over their body and life. And yet, the inner state remains: Still not enough. This constant self-optimization is exhausting. The real work lies in allowing—in trusting that your worth isn’t something to earn, but something to recognize.

My practice is located in Hamburg Elbvororte (Othmarschen). You can also schedule your sessions online.
You may schedule your sessions for the following days, rather than weeks in advance. The timeframe of each session allows for a relaxed setting, without time pressure. One hour is reserved for you, as well as a buffer before the next client. (I do not work with the standard 50 min therapy sessions, since such rigid time constraints interfere with allowing emotional progress to unfold.)
